First subscription: 14 days
The account owner or authorized representative may request a full refund of the first paid subscription fee within 14 calendar days from its payment date. The period does not start with a demo request and does not restart on plan changes or replacement accounts for the same business. Any broader mandatory legal entitlement is preserved.
Renewals and duplicate payments
Renewal refund requests are reviewed individually, including request timing, use of the new period, cancellation reason and documented failures. Renewals are not all automatically approved or refused. Duplicate or erroneous payments are checked and excess amounts refunded after verification, without reducing legal rights.
Separate services and external purchases
Separately priced customization, training, devices or third-party services must state cancellation and refund terms in their offer before purchase. Hidden exceptions cannot be added to the first subscription fee covered by the 14-day window. The platform does not determine the business’s own customer goods-return or restaurant-order policies.
Submitting a request
Use an in-account support ticket, or the introductory page contact form if sign-in is unavailable, and identify it as a refund request. Include business name, account or invoice reference, payment date, amount and reply contact. Receipt of the request determines the deadline, not completion of processing. Never send passwords or full card details.
Review and repayment
Payment and requester authority are verified, and the decision, amount and return method communicated. Refunds use the original payment method where possible, or a documented agreed alternative if needed. Arrival time depends on the bank or transfer method; expected timing is explained after approval rather than guaranteed in advance. Taxes are handled according to applicable requirements.
Effect on the account
Cancellation or deletion alone does not submit a refund claim. When subscription fees are refunded, paid-feature access and any data export or remaining access are coordinated with the owner. Invoice and payment records that must be retained are not deleted merely because a refund is processed.
Rights and contact
This policy does not exclude mandatory rights or prevent disputes about unauthorized payments. Complaints go through support; unlisted cases are assessed under the agreement, facts and applicable law. Contracting entity and contact details must be completed before final adoption.
