01

Service and contracting entity

EdaraLab is the product name and WebLabStudios is the developer brand. The service offer or subscription agreement must identify the legal contracting entity, its address and registration country before payment. Browsing the site or requesting a demo does not create a paid subscription. These terms form part of the agreement when presented and accepted during contracting.

02

Accounts and employee permissions

The account creator must be authorized to represent the business and provide accurate information. Owners manage permissions and disable former employees. Keep credentials confidential, use additional verification where available and report unauthorized access to support.

03

Plans, fees and renewal

Features, limits, term, currency, taxes and additional charges are specified in the offer and invoice before payment. Not all features belong to every plan. Online payment is currently unavailable; payments are arranged manually with the team. Any future automatic renewal requires appropriate disclosure and authorization; an account alone is not permission to charge.

04

Business data and content

You or the relevant rights holders retain rights to business data, logos, images and content. You grant the service provider the permission needed to host, process and display content to deliver the service. You are responsible for lawful collection, image rights and notices to customers and staff. The software, product identity and development rights remain with their owners.

05

Operational and reporting accuracy

Enter selling units, carton conversions, costs, taxes, stock and recipes correctly. Reports rely on recorded operations; cash collected is not net profit. Review AI-imported or translated content before publication. The system supports operations and does not replace your accounting, tax or food-safety responsibilities.

06

Devices, connectivity and integrations

Camera, printer and scanner operation depends on compatible devices, browsers and setup. Camera scanning requires HTTPS and permission. Selected sales workflows support offline work after setup; smart kitchen costing requires the connected main server. AI and other integrations depend on activation and provider terms.

07

Acceptable use and security

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, accessing another account, disruption or permission bypass. Do not upload malware, secrets or unnecessary personal data. Access may be restricted for security risks or violations, with notice and explanation where appropriate and consistent with security and law.

08

Availability, support and responsibility

Functions may be interrupted by maintenance, failures or external providers. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability or guaranteed profit; any special service level or remedy requires a written agreement. Document problems and request help. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduce mandatory rights.

09

Ending service, data and refunds

Request cancellation or non-renewal through support. Cancellation is not an automatic refund or immediate data deletion. The refund policy applies. Export and deletion requests are coordinated after identity and authority checks, subject to legal obligations and backups. Obtain needed copies and resolve financial requests before deleting an account.

10

Changes, law and disputes

The service agreement identifies the applicable version; material changes are communicated before taking effect as required. Fees and guarantees are not changed retroactively. The approved contract specifies applicable law and forum according to the contracting entity and market, preserving mandatory local rights. Raise complaints with support first for an attempted resolution.
